One
of our most popular, and versatile Grand Canyon experiences begins with
picking you up at your hotel for an exciting helicopter flight below
the rim in a million dollar A-Star Jetcopter! These executive jetcopters
feature ALL FORWARD FACING SEATS, 180 degree unrestricted viewing while
seating only 6 passengers in air conditioned
comfort. (2 to 4 jetcopters can depart on the same tour for larger parties.)
Combined with music and narration we will take you on an epic journey
into the depths of the Grand Canyon itself. This exclusive tour allows
you to be one of few to actually descend below the rim past towering
geological rock formations.
Fly
from the executive terminal of the McCarran International Airport for
a truly incredible flight. Your flight path will take you over Lake
Mead, Black Canyon with great views of Hoover Dam. As you fly over Fortification
hill, up and over the Grand Wash Cliffs the Grand Canyon will open up
before your eyes. Flying within the canyon walls you will notice the
magnificent colors of the sandstone layers of the Grand Canyon and the
rushing waters of the Colorado River below you. Your air tour will conclude
with a stop at a working cattle ranch located near the Grand Canyon
West Rim. Technology meets the wild west as a horse drawn covered wagon
greets your helicopter party for a ride to the ranch house where you
will be served a Western style barbecue lunch. After lunch take an optional
horseback ride over the desert terrain. Your return flight will take
you over the city of Las Vegas and along the Las Vegas Strip area with
great views of the Las Vegas Strip properties. Take a left at the MGM
on the approach back to the terminal for landing and your shuttle will
take you back to your hotel.
