Enhancing the incredible scenery is an interesting and informative narration and the relaxing melodies of the Southwest as you enjoy an aerial journey over fabulous Arizona landscapes to the majestic Grand Canyon.  Your journey from the Phoenix/Scottsdale area begins over the communities of Cave Creek and Carefree before reaching the rugged isolation of the Tonto National Forest. Continue on to the Verde Valley and catch a glimpse of ancient Indian cliff dwellings. Glide over Sedona for fabulous views of the famous Red Rocks and lush Oak Creek Canyon. From Sedona, you will fly past the beautiful canyons of the Mogollon Rim. Continue past Flagstaff and the San Francisco Peaks, the erosions byproduct of an extinct volcano marking Arizona's highest point. The barren beauty of the Painted Desert and the Navajo Indian Reservation leads your approach to the Grand Canyon. During a 30 minute over flight of the Grand Canyon, one of the seven natural wonders of the world, you will learn to appreciate the magnitude of nature's power and beauty.

Landing at the Grand Canyon Airport for a guided tour of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon National Park. Your tour will include a stop at one of the impressive South Rim overlooks, and the Grand Canyon Historic Village where you may shop for souvenirs or some of the magnificent Native Arts and Crafts, go sightseeing, explore the interesting architecture of the El Tovar and the Hopi House, or take a long walk along the rim of the canyon. Watch for mule deer, squirrels and other wild life and you may even see one of the 31 Condor's that are now thriving in the area.  Lunch is included to enjoy at your leisure.  After your ground tour, you will head back to the Grand Canyon Airport where you will continue your aerial journey.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES:

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If the tour is canceled due to weather, we will try to reschedule the passengers and if unable to reschedule there is no penalty. Tour requires a minimum of four paying passengers. If there is less than four passengers a $50.00 surcharge per person will apply.
